Job Responsibilities

  • Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, email communication, cold calling, coordination and scheduling according to campaign directives.
  • Following different communication and rebuttal scripts when speaking to a seller/customer/client.
  • Obtains client/customer information; interviewing clients; and verifying information.
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Routing calls to the appropriate resources.
  • Document/notate all call information according to the standards and call guidelines.
  • Following up customer/client calls as required.
  • Evaluating acquired information from customer/clients for submission and/or processing.
  • Maintains and improves call quality by adhering to standards and call guidelines.
  • Meets individual/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Others duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Call center and/or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Has good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Has active listening skills, data entry and typing skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications and functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, scanners and any other technological equipment as necessary.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding, troubleshooting, diagnosing, solving and assisting in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Providing technical support across departments, including documentation and relevant reports.
  • Setting up profiles, accounts and logins for employees, including the monitoring and maintenance of its database.
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Test, measure and evaluate new technology, networks or system tools.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications and/or equipment.
  • Managing stocks of equipment, consumables, and other IT supplies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology or any other related field.
  • Has at least 2 years of work experience in the same field (applicable if external).
  • A regular employee of AMVSI Corporation (applicable if IJP).
  • No performance, attendance and behavioral infractions within the last 90 days (applicable if IJP).
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Working knowledge and expertise on a variety of software, hardware and applications.
  • Analytical skills, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize projects at a time.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.

Qualifications

  • Has a bachelor’s degree, preferably Psychology/ Human Resource Management/ or any field in Social Sciences and Business Management;
  • Preferably with experience in administrative or HR work. No experience are welcome to apply;

Job Responsibilities

  • Records and monitors all employees’ medical records.
  • Examine and make sure that sick employee submit a fit to work certificate.
  • Ensure availability and accountability of medicines and medical supplies.
  • Provides appropriate emergency and first-aid management and medications to employees.
  • Accommodates sick employees to the hospital when necessary and assists in dropping the employee home.
  • Research activities pertaining or related to health and wellness development
  • Assist in creating training module, implementation and conducts training/seminar for health and wellness program and policies.
  • Responsible in engaging employees to attend health and wellness programs, stress management program and other activities that will help in promoting a good work-life balance
  • Participate in the activities of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions in the improvement of the working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers
  • Prepares and submit mandatory reports and documents concerning medical benefits and/or occupational safety health to government and non-government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PHIS, ECC.).
  • Assists employees in their claims for benefits under SSS, ECC, PHIC, Maternity leaves, Paternity leaves, insurance and/or hospitalization benefits, if any.
  • Prepares summary reports of sickness and injuries on a monthly basis including lost time due to sickness and injuries; prepares investigation reports in support of employees claim on cases of work related injuries.

Qualifications

  • Nursing Board passer with updated PRC ID
  • preferably with 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse (in Clinics or Hospitals) or as an OH Nurse
  • preferably with BOSH certification
  • amenable to work at night and shifting schedules
